Job Duties:

  • Ensure clear expression of written and oral ideas with proper grammar, formatting, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with the courts of Northern Virginia.
  • Comfortable working remotely and familiar with hybrid work environment technologies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Exercise common sense and good judgment in legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Virginia law license required, DC and/or Maryland license a bonus.
  • 1-5 years of family law experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective time management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Highly trustworthy and discreet.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
