A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a PI Litigation Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation.

 

Job Overview:

The PI Litigation Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to fight for clients and secure significant settlements and verdicts in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. They will draft legal documents, develop strategies, and represent clients in personal injury matters.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively.
  • Participate in depositions and other hearings.
  • Represent clients in personal injury matters.
  • Deliver persuasive arguments on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 1+ years of experience specializing in personal injury litigation.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
