Duties

  • Provide legal advice and counsel for immigration matters before USCIS and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
  • Research and interpret existing and anticipated laws and regulations to guide informed decisions.
  • Prepare and review all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters.
  • Review and process incoming documents.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice law in any state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation or immigration experience.
  • Regular appearance in Immigration Court required.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in any state.

Skills

  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.
  • Diligence and strong organizational skills necessary.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
