Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Corporate M&A Associate Attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Duties

Requirements

  • Familiarity with tax, employment, and intellectual property issues.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed attorney in good standing.

  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
