Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.

• Ph.D. in Physics, Optics, or a related discipline preferred.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to at least one state bar.

Certifications:

• None specified, but registration with the USPTO or other relevant certification is a plus.
