Duties:
• Handle patent litigation matters, including district court actions and inter partes reviews.
• Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:
• 14 years of experience litigating intellectual property disputes, such as district court patent or PTAB proceedings.
• Admitted to practice law in State Bar.

Education:
