Job Overview:
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group, specializing in structured finance, securitization, and collateralized loan obligations (CLO). Location:

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel in structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters
• Handle complex transactions and manage client relationships
• Draft, review, and negotiate structured finance agreements and related documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and drive projects to completion
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on industry trends and legal issues
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining high-quality work product and client satisfaction
• Work independently and collaborate with partners and associates on various projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
• Participate in business development efforts, including client meetings and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO law
• Experience at a top law firm, particularly with AmLaw 100 firms, is preferred
• Ability to manage complex transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and collaborate within a team

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction
