Duties:

  • Draft compelling legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.

  • Provide comprehensive client communication and guidance throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, ideally in catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, or product liability.

  • Active license to practice law in Arizona or eligibility for reciprocity.

Education:
