Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients.

  • Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar; additional licensure in other States is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on insurance defense preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
