Duties

• Manage claims from inception through resolution with limited partner supervision

• Take and defend depositions of claimants, witnesses, and medical experts

• Draft client report letters, motions, and post-trial briefs

• Develop strategic plans for efficient case resolution

• Represent clients at mediations and workers' compensation trials

Requirements

• 0–3 years of legal experience (workers’ compensation experience preferred, but not required)

• Strong interest in litigation and workers’ compensation defense

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

• Excellent organizational and case management skills

• Strong commitment to client service and professional development

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the State of Georgia (or eligibility to become admitted promptly)
