Duties:

  • Draft privacy, data handling, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Conduct privacy due diligence for corporate transactions and deals.
  • Provide expertise in cross-border data transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on familiarity with FTC jurisdiction and state privacy laws.
  • Experience in ad tech, ed tech, fintech, COPPA, CAN-SPAM, and emerging technologies.

Education and Certifications:
