Duties:

• Advocate in complex family legal matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, property division, enforcement, and adoption cases

• Conduct contested hearings and trials with a strategic and confident courtroom presence

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement documents

• Build tailored legal strategies and offer clear, empathetic guidance to clients

• Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and judicial proceedings

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to align case strategies and share insights

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience practicing family law in Texas

• Demonstrated trial and hearing experience involving custody and property disputes

• Strong understanding of the Texas Family Code and court processes

• Ability to independently manage caseloads and deadlines

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to provide client-focused legal service

• Active Texas Bar License

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar Admission (required)
