Duties:

• Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims

• Advocate for clients throughout the workers’ compensation process

• Develop legal strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and legal staff

• Represent clients in administrative hearings and legal proceedings as needed

• Maintain frequent communication with clients to keep them informed

• Participate in internal training and professional development programs

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts

• Strong interest in litigation and client advocacy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and case management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• No prior experience required; mentorship and hands-on training provided

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar
