Duties

• Take and defend depositions of claimants, witnesses, and medical experts

• Draft client report letters, motions, and post-trial briefs

• Develop case strategies for efficient resolution of workers' compensation claims

• Represent clients in workers' compensation trials and mediations

• Manage case files independently with limited partner supervision

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience (workers' compensation experience preferred)

• Proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution

• Strong case strategy development and litigation skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality client service

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the State of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
