Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent preparation and prosecution, particularly in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards, memory devices, and semiconductors.

Duties

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications in relevant technical areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop patent strategies.
