Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of workers' compensation proceedings

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues to create case strategies

• Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and maintain client relationships

• Draft legal documents and correspondence

• Collaborate with legal team to gather evidence, prepare witnesses, and build strong case presentations

• Advocate for clients’ rights in administrative hearings and other legal forums

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently

• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
