Job Title: Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Attorney

Duties:

• Represent individual clients in a range of personal injury matters, including auto collisions, premises liability, and related tort claims

• Conduct case assessments, develop litigation strategies, and oversee files from intake through resolution

• Negotiate settlements, mediate disputes, and prepare clients for depositions and court appearances

• Supervise and mentor a small team of support staff and paralegals in daily case management

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial preparation materials

• Advocate in court, arbitration, or mediation proceedings as necessary

• Maintain consistent and compassionate client communication throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of PI legal practice, with preference for direct experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation

• Active license to practice law and good standing with the Nevada Bar (California Bar also considered)

• Demonstrated negotiation abilities and a strong grasp of litigation process and case law

• Experience working with support teams to manage multiple client matters concurrently

• Passion for people-centered advocacy and a client-service orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada Bar (required)

• Admission to the California Bar (optional)
