The successful candidate will handle cases from inception through trial and appeal, including contract disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, commercial disputes, and business matters.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Participate in arbitrations and mediations.
• Collaborate with experienced partners on challenging cases.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in premises, auto, or products liability, healthcare, wrongful death, and personal injury.
• Experience managing a litigation caseload.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as briefs and motions.
• Experience conducting legal research and appearing at hearings and trials.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
• Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work collaboratively.
• Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Nevada State Bar.
