Complex Commercial Litigation Associate

Job Overview:

A well-established national law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or a judicial clerkship. This position is located in Dallas, Texas and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic litigation practice handling sophisticated matters across a range of industries.

Location:

• Dallas, Texas

Duties:

• Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda for complex commercial litigation cases

• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis

• Assist in all stages of litigation including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case management

• Engage in client communication and case updates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation or completion of a judicial clerkship

• Prior experience handling complex commercial disputes preferred

• Former judicial clerks are strongly encouraged to apply

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

• Law review experience preferred

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for prompt admission
