The ideal candidate should have a solid interest or background in global equity incentive programs. M&A transactional experience is helpful. Should have focused experience in equity compensation programs including securities, tax, employment, and the ability to handle other cross-border regulatory issues and may have familiarity with international tax and/or employment matters. An LLM in tax law and/or employee benefits law is preferred. Should have Bar admission.

The candidate should have excellent analytical and writing skills and who is highly motivated. Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Should have transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools.
