Attorney needed for Salem office

A law firm in Salem is seeking an Attorney with 10-15 years of experience to support practice areas in Litigation and Real Estate, as well as Business and Estate Planning.

Duties:

• Handle a variety of legal matters within the practice areas of Litigation, Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, and estate planning documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 10-15 years of experience practicing law.
• Experience in the areas of Litigation, Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Oregon State Bar admission required.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Oregon State Bar.
