Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury Law in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will represent clients in various personal injury cases, providing exceptional legal services and advocacy.

Duties

  • Represent clients in personal injury cases, including auto accidents and medical malpractice.
  • Propound and respond to discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and draft litigation documents.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions and court hearings.
  • Assist in managing a heavy caseload and trial preparation.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal personal injury laws.
  • Exceptional litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent research and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member of the California State Bar.
