Job OverviewThe Employment Litigation Attorney will play a key role in the firm's employment law practice, handling a variety of litigation matters related to employment disputes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, develop legal strategies, and advocate on behalf of employees in employment-related litigation. Duties:Represent clients in various employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex employment law issues.Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or alternative dispute resolution proceedings.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and approaches.Stay current with developments in employment law and regulations.
