Duties:

• Drafting estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

• Managing probate and trust administration proceedings from initiation to final distribution

• Advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding estate administration, tax implications, and compliance

• Supporting clients with wealth transfer strategies, charitable giving, and business succession planning

• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, court filings, and transactional documents

• Representing clients in probate court and mediations when necessary

• Collaborating with other attorneys in the firm on cross-practice matters

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in estate planning and probate law

• Proficiency in the Colorado probate and trust code

• Capacity to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong client-relations skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado Bar (in good standing)
