Duties:

• Advise clients on legal matters involving divorce, custody, child support, and related family law issues

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide consistent case updates

• Negotiate favorable settlement terms and draft comprehensive settlement agreements

• Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings and trials

• Prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, and related litigation documents

• Assist in trial preparation and participate in strategy sessions

• Perform legal research and apply findings to case strategy

• Maintain an average of 35 billable hours per week

• Uphold professional and ethical legal standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in matrimonial or family law

• Ability to build trust with clients and foster collaborative team relationships

• Strong negotiation, litigation, and advocacy skills

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:
