The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctorate, possess 3-5 years of litigation experience, and be licensed to practice law in Missouri, with a preference for a dual license in Missouri and Kansas.

Duties:

  • Take proactive management of family law cases, overseeing them from initiation through resolution.
  • Provide superior customer service by offering regular updates to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
  • Identify areas for practice improvement and present recommendations to practice managers.
  • Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, tracking achievements and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as 1st chair in family law cases, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, particularly in family law.
  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri, with a preference for dual licensure in Missouri and Kansas.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Admission to the Missouri State Bar, with preference for dual licensure in Missouri and Kansas.
