This role requires a leader who can guide an intake team, evaluate cases, and contribute to the firm's strategic goals by enhancing client relations and optimizing processes. The successful candidate will have strong experience in personal injury law and a passion for delivering exceptional legal support to those affected by injury and negligence.

Duties

• Led and managed the intake team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations from client contact to case acceptance
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and determine suitability for representation
• Communicate with prospective clients to ensure timely and clear updates during the intake process
• Develop and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for growth and optimization
• Regularly review and refine intake procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance with firm protocols
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure cases are seamlessly transitioned from intake to active representation

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in NV, CA, IL, and AZ
• At least 5+ years of experience in personal injury law or a related legal field
• Strong understanding of state laws and legal procedures relevant to personal injury cases
• Proven case management skills with a successful track record of client representation
• Ability to work collaboratively with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple cases with competing deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in NV, CA, IL, or AZ

Certifications

• Valid license to practice law in the required states (NV, CA, IL, AZ)
