Corporate Attorney

Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate attorney with 3+ years of corporate transactional experience. The candidate will have substantive corporate transactional experience focusing on complex cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and global corporate restructurings. Will effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties. Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner. Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products. Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required. Foster positive work relationships. Comply with all firm policies and practices. Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing. (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls. (c) participating in meetings as needed. Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned. Must be Admitted to practice in Minnesota or Illinois. Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience is required. Should have a J.D. degree.
