Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling clients on government contracts laws and regulations, reviewing and negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements, and litigating bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims. The candidate must possess exceptional academic achievement and demonstrate superb writing, drafting, and communication skills. A JD is required for this position.

Duties:

• Counsel clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.
• Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.
• Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of government contracts experience.
• High level of academic achievement.
• JD required.

Skills:

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.
