Duties:

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

• Work in coordination with senior legal staff on complex legal issues and litigation strategy

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Oregon State Bar or eligibility for admission by reciprocity

• At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation

• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analysis, and persuasive writing

• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and collaboratively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Oregon (or in progress via reciprocity)
