Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
A leading U.S.-based law firm is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Associate to join its Litigation group. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex pharmaceutical and medical device cases, with a particular emphasis on Daubert and Rule 702 motions. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional legal writing skills and a background in high-stakes product liability litigation.

Location:

• Baltimore, MD

Duties:

• Review and draft legal documents including briefs, motions, memoranda, and discovery responses

• Participate in the development and execution of case strategies

• Conduct and assist with depositions and fact investigations

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and expert witnesses

• Supervise and mentor junior associates

• Communicate effectively with clients and co-counsel

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm

• Demonstrated experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motions

• Proven background in products liability litigation

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and/or medical device matters is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance, preferably from a nationally recognized institution

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of the applied-for office

• Admission to the New York Bar strongly preferred
