• Take the lead on client relationships and actively participate in business development.
• Attend events to represent the firm and expand client relationships.
• Delegate tasks effectively to paralegals, associates, and support staff.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize business operations and client services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Strong academic credentials and proven ability to handle complex legal matters.
• Portable book of business with a minimum value of $100,000.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina or eligibility to quickly obtain admission.
