Insurance Defense Attorney

A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a capable and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 2 to 7 years of practice to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for representing clients in insurance defense litigation and providing comprehensive legal counsel. Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and paralegals as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Thorough understanding of federal and state court procedures and rules.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Education:
