Duties:

• Lead complex, high-stakes personal injury cases from inception through trial

• Draft and review pleadings, legal memoranda, discovery documents, and dispositive motions

• Collaborate with expert witnesses, including preparing reports, affidavits, and deposition outlines

• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, pre-trial hearings, and courtroom proceedings

• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout litigation

• Strategize case approach in collaboration with the internal legal team and trial support staff

Requirements:

• 3 years of focused experience in personal injury litigation

• Proven trial experience with high-exposure or catastrophic injury matters

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while delivering top-tier representation

• Must be able to commute to and work onsite in Los Angeles, CA

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
