Senior Attorney needed for Dallas office

Job Overview:
A well-established national plaintiff's law firm in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its team. The Senior Attorney will lead and manage cases from inception to resolution, represent clients in court, and handle critical legal tasks. The ideal candidate will have significant litigation experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for plaintiff’s work.

Location:

• Dallas, TX

Duties:

• Lead and manage litigation cases from start to finish
• Develop and implement legal strategies and case management plans
• Represent clients in court, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation processes
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide strategic legal advice

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage and lead litigation cases
• Strong persuasive writing skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation technology

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Texas Bar Admission required
