Entry-Level Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Associate Attorney to join its legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consumer protection law, personal injury litigation, class actions, false advertising, data breaches, and debt collection abuse cases. The firm is dedicated to advocating for consumer rights and providing high-quality legal representation.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Assist in case preparation, including gathering and analyzing evidence

• Participate in client consultations and maintain effective client communication

• Support senior attorneys in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations

• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal developments

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies

Requirements:

• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Passion for consumer protection and advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of California
