Job Overview

Duties

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as experience allows.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation planning.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files and client communications.

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.
