Job Details:

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.

Requirements:

  • High level of academic achievement with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Law firm experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal practice.
  • Expertise in superb writing, drafting, and communication skills to convey complex legal concepts.

 

Experience:

Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications in franchise law or related fields are advantageous.
