The successful candidate will conduct legal research, assist in drafting legal documents, and participate in various aspects of case management under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Duties:

  • Observe and participate in client meetings, closings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Engage in case management, document review, due diligence, closings, and trials.
  • Contribute to client service initiatives and gain exposure to client relationship management.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Florida or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop as a legal professional.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Florida or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
