A law firm seeks a Discovery Attorney in San Diego, CA, with the option for remote work. This position is within the warranty defense team of a civil litigation firm known for its expertise in warranty defense litigation, business litigation, and personal injury.

Duties

• Handle daily completion of discovery response sets.
• Collaborate within a team-focused environment.
• Engage with major automotive manufacturers as clients.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in California and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with litigation defense work.
• Knowledge of California Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules.
• Experience with written discovery, document productions, and responding to motions to compel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• California Bar License in good standing.
