A well-regarded law firm based in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney with eight years of experience. This position involves handling complex commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Duties

  • Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and financing
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and related real estate instruments
  • Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and resolve real estate-related legal issues
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with developers, lenders, investors, and public agencies
  • Oversee closings and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
  • Support firm partners and collaborate with internal legal teams on large-scale transactions


Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Extensive experience in negotiating and closing a wide range of commercial real estate deals
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-value transactions independently


Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school


Certifications

  • Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
