Job Overview:

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its team, specializing in family law. Duties:

  • Provide high-quality legal services directly to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  • Collaborate with firm owners, fellow attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to deliver top-tier legal representation.
  • Maintain a minimum of 1600 annual billable hours, focusing on client service and legal excellence.
  • Manage multiple family law cases, from client consultations to courtroom litigation.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving legal practices and strategies to better serve clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of combined experience in family law and criminal law.
  • At least two years of experience in litigation or trial work.
  • Strong background in client-facing roles, with experience in sales or customer service being highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a dynamic legal environment.
  • A commitment to personal and team growth, with a strong desire to excel in the legal profession.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with a focus on family law.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing legal landscapes.
