Duties

  • Conduct trial proceedings and represent clients in personal injury cases.
  • Take and defend depositions effectively.
  • Manage tasks and time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Navigate the litigation process with expertise.
  • Utilize NEOS Case Management Software (preferred).

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in Texas.
  • Two to three years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong trial experience (preferred).
  • Pre-litigation case management and settlement experience.
  • Effective deposition handling skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in Texas.
