Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate to join its Litigation Group in Atlanta, Georgia. The candidate will collaborate with regional and national clients on government and internal corporate investigations, as well as white collar defense matters involving civil, criminal, and administrative laws, including the False Claims Act and the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Duties

• Engage in complex litigation tasks.
• Collaborate on healthcare fraud matters.
• Participate in trial preparations and proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Manage a fast-paced, complex workload effectively.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in complex litigation.
• Strong interest in the healthcare industry.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible for Georgia Bar admission.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school.

Certifications

• Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for waiver.
