Pre-Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to provide clients with updates, communicate with insurance companies, and evaluate claims. The candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing and preferably a member of the Georgia Bar or willing to become licensed in Georgia.

Duties:

• Provide clients with updates on their cases.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims and assess potential outcomes.
• Utilize superb negotiation skills to advocate for clients.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with clients, colleagues, and insurance representatives.

Requirements:

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or willingness to become licensed in Georgia.
• Experience in evaluating claims and assessing potential outcomes.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Member of the Georgia Bar in good standing or willingness to become licensed in Georgia.
