Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Insurance and Reinsurance practice group in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves representing national and international clients in complex coverage areas, including general liability, professional liability, environmental, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters. The position offers a high level of responsibility and a diverse caseload in a collaborative team environment.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex insurance coverage matters.
• Manage a diverse and challenging caseload.
• Collaborate with a team on national and international cases.
• Engage in both state and federal court litigation.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Bar in good standing in Pennsylvania or eligible to waive in from NJ, NY, MA, CT, or DEL.
• Civil litigation experience in state and federal courts preferred.
• Experience in insurance coverage matters is preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills required.
• 3-8 years of experience in insurance-related legal work preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or eligible for waiver.
