Duties will include drafting and filing Complaints; drafting and responding to discovery; drafting correspondence; meeting and conferring with opposing counsel on discovery, subpoenas, etc.; drafting law and motion; taking and defending depositions; preparing trial documents, including MILs, exhibit binders, and joint trial documents. The job will encompass all the practical, day-to-day work that comes along with being an attorney in a full-service personal injury practice. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
