Location:

Duties:

• Work on a broad spectrum of complex litigation cases in Oregon law

• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop case strategies

• Provide legal advice and updates to clients throughout case proceedings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex litigation (Required)

• Experience in Oregon law (Required)

• Excellent academic credentials (Required)

• Strong legal writing and research skills (Required)

• Advanced oral advocacy and communication skills (Required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon (Required)
