A law firm in Billings is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and both domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Proficiency in TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is advantageous. Superior writing and communication skills are essential, with foreign language proficiency being highly valued.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct trademark searches and analyses.
  • Develop global trademark strategies.
  • Handle domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.
  • Assist with TTAB proceedings.
  • Manage online and social media enforcement efforts.
  • Participate in UDRP proceedings.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the State Bar.
  • 2-5 years of experience in trademark law.
  • Strong understanding of trademark law and procedures.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in trademark searching and analysis.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive global trademark strategies.
  • Experience in both domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement.
  • Familiarity with TTAB proceedings and UDRP proceedings.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Fluency in foreign languages (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
