Duties

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of corporate experience, ideally including experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of professional ethics and conduct standards applicable to legal practice.
  • Admission to the Texas bar, or eligibility for admission.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
